Conditions

  • Request must be made within 7 days of your first subscription charge
  • No more than 1 video has been created since subscribing
  • Guarantee is one-time per account
  • Refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Does not apply to credit pack purchases (see Credit Packs section below)

After the 7-day window closes or once more than 1 video has been created, the standard no-refund policy below applies.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for consumed credits or active subscription periods. This is because:

  • The costs associated with AI video and image generation are incurred immediately upon processing
  • Our AI service providers do not allow refunds for GPU processing time already consumed
  • Offering refunds on completed processing would result in unrecoverable costs

Subscriptions

All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
  • Cancellations can be made from your account settings at any time

Credit Packs

If you have unused credits remaining in your account, you may request a refund for those unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of credits that remain unused at the time of the request.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • Only unused credits are eligible — credits already consumed for generation are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credits are non-transferable

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error
  • Your account was charged after a confirmed cancellation
  • A significant service outage prevented you from using the platform during your entire billing period
